Our resident herbalist Sylvia Stormwalker will lead her second wellness workshop focusing on preparations to support mental health and resilience as we struggle through the final breaths of winter, and head into a time of change and renewal with the advent of spring. Sylvia will be working with lemon balm, rose, and tulsi (holy basil) and teaching simple but effective ways of creating your own plant medicine. We’ll be making our own teas!

Tickets are $10 each, sign up here: Making it Through Mud Season
